Raised flower bed – 2016-01-31
Our Chinese cabbage died during the last frost so we removed the cabbage and the chive (which were planted to narrow by us). Cleaned raised flower bed with the strawberry-plants from last year. I hope they will survive the winter.
Roast beef second attempt
Second attempt with Roast beef – bought from the same butcher and has the same awful taste 🙁 MealRoastbeef cooked at 59°C for 6 h in Sous-Vide Garer SV 2447 was medium but taste was awful (bad meat).
